How long does it take to get my products?
We aim to have orders shipped within 1-3 business days from Melbourne, Australia, using Australia Post services.
Both Standard & Express Post are available at checkout.
- Australia: 3 - 10 Business Days
- International: 6 - 30 Business Days

Do you ship Internationally?
We try to offer shipping to as many locations as possible.
Why can't you ship to my country?
Being in Australia, some countries just aren't available to ship to. If your country or region is not available at checkout, please reach out & we will do our best to come to a solution.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
